Refund & Return Policy
We ensure that all products go through quality checks before dispatch. However, if you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, please read our return and replacement policy carefully.
RETURNS
Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is not the one you ordered.

The product is received in a damaged or defective condition (Dead on Arrival).
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used.
- You fail to provide an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- You do not email or WhatsApp us the full unboxing video within 2 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be sent back in the original product packaging, along with all accessories and labels intact.
REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
If the received product is damaged or defective (Dead on Arrival), it will be replaced with a new product of the same model.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The defective product must be shipped back to Akkad Bakkad Store in its original product packaging, including all accessories and without any damage to serial numbers or tags.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched.
Refunds will be issued only if a replacement of the same product is not available. Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
CLAIM PROCESS
To raise a return or replacement request:
- Email us at akkadbakkad.shop@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Attach your order details along with a complete unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
- Our team will review and respond with the next steps.
We reserve the right to approve or reject a return or refund request based on the condition of the product received and the documentation provided.
