Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently while keeping you informed every step of the way.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  1. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–7 working days from the date of purchase.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Method

  1.  Advance Payment Requirement
    Customers are required to pay a partial advance amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via approved payment methods upon delivery.
  2. Payment Confirmation
    Orders will be processed only after the partial advance payment has been successfully received. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once the payment is confirmed.
  3. Balance Payment on Delivery
    The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery. Failure to pay the balance will result in non-delivery of the product and forfeiture of the advance payment.
  4. Non-Refundable Advance
    The partial payment is non-refundable in cases of order cancellation initiated by the customer after processing or if the customer refuses the order upon delivery.
  5. Eligibility
    Partial Payment COD may be available only for specific products, locations, or customer categories, and is subject to our approval.
  6. Order Cancellation or Modification
    Once an order with partial payment COD is placed, it cannot be modified. Cancellation is only allowed within a specific time window and is subject to our cancellation policy.
  7. Fraud Prevention
    Any misuse of the partial payment COD option, including fake orders or repeated cancellations, may result in restriction of COD services for that customer account.

  8. Why do I need to pay this advance?
    The Partial COD system is implemented to ensure a better buying experience for our customers and to filter out non-serious buyers who may lead to significant losses in terms of courier charges. As a low-margin e-commerce website, this approach is necessary for us to maintain our business sustainability. Thus, the Partial COD system has been implemented on our website.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Timeline

We use trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, and Expressbees to deliver across India.

  1. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–6 working days, depending on your delivery location.
  2. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

  1. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link.
  2. You can use this link to track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

Important Notes

  1. We maintain ready stock for most products to ensure smooth processing.
  2. Electric items may not be eligible for air shipping due to courier restrictions. If you're looking for quicker delivery, we recommend ordering non-electric items only.
